Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had an incredible time at this hotel! The location was perfect for my 60th birthday celebration, close to Central Park, 5th Ave, Grand Central, and Empire State. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with delicious breakfast and complimentary wine during happy hour. However, the room size was a bit small but still adequate for my needs.
Staying at this hotel was an absolute gem! The rooms were spacious, clean, and came with a lovely closet stocked with robes, slippers, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, and delicious cookies available 24/7. The highlight was the fantastic 3-hour complimentary wine, vegetable, and cheese service - truly amazing. The attentive and friendly service went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing excellent assistance and even granting our request for a quiet room away from the elevator. The location was perfect for exploring midtown New York, with easy access to the subway and close proximity to great activities and restaurants. While the dining selection was good, it lacked a few additional warm egg choices. The facilities were in top-notch condition, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms, though they could have used some fresh wallpaper and carpet, were large and elegantly furnished with many wonderful amenities. The atmosphere had a lovely casual and European feeling. The only downside was the older 30+ inch screen in the room, which seemed a bit outdated.
The hotel is an oasis with lovely and comfortable rooms, providing food and drink all day, and complimentary wine and cheese in the evening which I liked very much. However, there were some issues with noise due to next door demolition until late at night. The location is perfect, offering great subway access, and plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes, though the venue's size felt inadequate for the number of guests at times.
